1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QoniX Core, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Subscription & Payments

We accept USDT (TRC20 and BEP20) for all payments. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Failure to pay within the 3-day grace period will result in bot suspension.

All sales of bot source code (One-Time Purchase) are final and non-refundable.

3. Use of Bots

Users are responsible for ensuring their Telegram bots comply with Telegram\'s Terms of Service and local laws. QoniX Core is not liable for bot bans resulting from spam or prohibited content.

4. Anti-Abuse

Trials are limited to one per person/device. Attempts to bypass this using VPNs or multiple accounts will result in a permanent ban of all associated accounts.

5. Limitation of Liability

QoniX Core provides software on an "as-is" basis. We are not responsible for financial losses or data leaks resulting from user-misconfigured bot tokens.
